AI in 30

You've started. Now let's finish it.

AI in 30 is a fixed 30-day engagement that turns scattered AI experiments into one clear strategy your team is actually using. Four weeks. One workstream at a time. Everything delivered before the next thing begins.

The problem

Most AI initiatives don't fail because of the technology. They fail because there's no clear path from the pilot to how the company actually works.

You've probably seen this:

The longer this goes on, the wider the gap gets between your organization and the ones that figured it out.

What you walk away with

In 30 days, you'll have:

Everything you receive is yours. No dependency on Signal Two to keep it running.

"Buying AI is easy. Getting your people to actually use it is the hard part — and that's the part most companies skip."
How it works

Four weeks. One deliverable at a time.

Week 1 The AI State of Play

We start with a structured leadership session — the same session available as a standalone program. We get honest about where you actually are: what tools you have, who's using them, what's blocking progress, and what decisions leadership needs to make before anything else can move. If you've already done The AI State of Play as a standalone, we skip this and go straight to Week 2.

Week 2 Map

We identify where AI creates the most value in your organization and prioritize ruthlessly. You walk away from this phase knowing exactly where to focus first — and why.

Week 3 Activate

Hands-on sessions with your team, built around your real workflows. Not a generic AI training. Your tools, your processes, your language. Prompt playbooks included.

Week 4 Deliver

A 90-day action plan with named owners. An AI governance framework your team can follow. A closing debrief with leadership to confirm direction and next steps.

Why it works

The logic behind the method.

  1. Fixed scope. You know exactly what you're getting and when it ends. No open-ended commitment, no scope creep.
  2. Sequenced. One deliverable before the next begins. Nothing gets abandoned halfway through.
  3. Built around your work. Every session uses your real workflows, tools, and language — not case studies from someone else's industry.
  4. Human-first. 84% of AI failures come down to people and leadership, not technology. This engagement is designed around that reality.
  5. Proven at scale. This approach was built doing AI transformation work inside Hilton, Novartis, and Merck — and refined for organizations that want that level of rigor without the enterprise price tag.

Who this is for

Who AI in 30 is for.

AI in 30 works best if you:
  • Know AI matters and are ready to actually move — not just explore
  • Have tried things on your own but can't point to enterprise-wide impact
  • Have a leadership team willing to do the organizational work alongside the strategic work
  • Want a clear path, not more information
This isn't the right fit if you:
  • Are still deciding whether AI is relevant to your business
  • Are looking for a vendor to hand implementation to and walk away

Who's behind it

Led by John Duffield.

John Duffield has spent 20+ years in marketing, technology, and AI — most recently as SVP of Technology Experience at Omnicom Health, leading AI adoption work for brands like Hilton, Novartis, and Merck. He built Merck's first oncology AI chatbot. He led Omnicom's internal AI adoption initiative.

In 2024, he had double open-heart surgery. He used AI throughout his own recovery — to research his condition, prepare for surgery, and explain his diagnosis to his daughter. He came out of it with something most AI consultants don't have: firsthand knowledge of what it actually feels like to be the person on the other side of the systems we build.
